Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care Vernon Hills

I just wanted to share the positive experience I had at this location today! The wait from check in to getting called back was less than 10 minutes. After triage, the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Dr. Qasem was so friendly and kind, the entire visit was extremely efficient. This was a breeze compared to trying to get into a PCP!

I wanted to shout out Cathy/Kathy for her excellent care. I recently had brain surgery, and have been having such a miserable time recovering. I came for a post-op CT scan, and she went above and beyond to keep me as comfortable as possible. You could feel her actions were genuine, and came from a place of real concern for my well-being. That feeling has stuck with me ever since that CT scan. Give this wonderful woman a raise!

Had a great experience here. This was my first time visiting this particular office. Reception was warm and friendly and was quick to check me in. The wait was minimal and i was seen by an actual Dr. what was very attentive and kind. He took the time to ask me plenty of questions and thoroughly go through options with me. I received excellent care today.

Love this location, my primary is on point the staff on the second floor always friendly and professional. Staff on 1st floor cold, short and an attitude.

I Tried calling 3 times to see if they are taking walk ins today, and when you select #4 for Vernon Hills, it just keeps you in an endless loop and you never get to talk to a live person. Then, I decided to just try walking in since that facility is 10 minutes from my work and was told that they only have one Doctor on site today and they're only taking appointments and I'd have to wait 2 hours for the next appointment. How can NM label this as an "immediate care" facility when you have to make appointments? You need to do better NM!
