I moved with my family and had both kids including a newborn start here when we moved. The office is completely disorganized and hectic. They switched systems at some point causing an issue with one visit and our insurance. No other visits were impacted, but this has now been going on for a year (September 2023) of us dealing with insurance, the office, and collection agencies. Completely ridiculous, unresponsive, and unreasonable staff. We clearly had insurance at the time of our visit since we had a newborn and NO other visits were impacted. This was clearly due to their system switch and now we have spent hours on the phone dealing with it. We have since switched pediatricians and couldn't be happier.

My family has experienced excellent care at this facility from all the doctors and staff until today. Let me correct myself.. our Pediatrician was awesome but the nurse who administered my childrens Vax was very unprofessional. My children were nervous of course and visibly scared but they were not loud, they weren't screaming and they weren't tussling with the nurse. They were simply nervous. Before administering the shot Catalina "the nurse" looks my one child straight in the eyes and says " if you move I'll jab you twice". My child sat very still, just as she had done the entire time. After receiving the shot I immediately reassured my baby that she did awesome but, would not have ever received 2 shots even if she had moved. Our family has been a part of this practice for almost 14 years, and we could not be happier! All of the doctors, nurses and staff have always gone above and beyond. Whenever something has not be right (very few times), all I had to do was pick up and phone and speak with someone to get it worked out. If you are looking for a practice that truly cares about your kids, kindness and compassion lives here...we are so grateful we chose Lake Forest Pediatrics! Great hours and multiple locations to be seen is a bonus!

Team of Doctors are fantastic, great with infants and toddlers! Keep the kids engaged and happy while answering mom/dads questions. Having multiple sites is extremely helpful on weekends and holidays. (Why do kids only get sick on Sunday and holidays?)
