My two visits with Dr. Ghandi and her dermatology office reveal a practice that emphasizes efficiency, competence, and thoughtful care—though not without opportunities for refinement in patient engagement and communication flow. The office environment is pleasant and well-managed. Staff interactions are courteous and professional, if not overtly warm. They execute their roles with efficiency rather than enthusiasm—a trait that, while not unkind, slightly diminishes the sense of personal connection many patients appreciate in a healthcare setting. First appointment, waited 60 minutes, and finally an update with another patient ahead of me. I left without being seen.

I have seen Dr Gandhi twice. At each appointment she arrived very late, irritable and rude. She performed a biopsy and then actually had an office worker call to tell me the results of the biopsy was cancer rather than making the call herself. My experience with Dr Gandhi was horrible. I will be finding another dermatologist who treats their patients in a professional manner.

Awful! I would not recommend her at all. She overbooks like crazy! I was in the waiting room talking to a few others only to find out we all had the same appointment time! It’s not uncommon to wait for 1-2 hours beyond your appointment time. A full body check she does in 5 minutes. Those should ideally take at least 30 minutes or more. She is in a huge rush to get you out the door. Patients are clearly not her priority.

I waited about two months for an appointment and accidentally went to “lake view dermatology” and ended up being 20 minutes late. She was gracious enough to let me come in still, but my experience wasn’t very great. She took a 30 second glance at my body and determined what was wrong. Also seemed somewhat annoyed by questions.
