Northwest Outpatient Medical Center

Being a caregiver, I frequent this facility pretty often. Everything is very clean and easy to locate. Never crowded elevators. Very kind people that work here too. You can do physical therapy and blood work and MRI's, eat, so much more. If you can't find the office you need, I guarantee within a couple of minutes, somebody will be able to assist. Parking is very inexpensive. First 30 minutes is free! No lines, no crowds, clean restrooms and very clean cafeteria.

I usually have good experiences with UW Medicine, but today’s front desk interaction at the CT department (Room 130) was disappointing. The staff member I spoke was impatient, unhelpful, and made me feel uncomfortable asking basic questions about scheduling after a doctor’s referral. This is not the level of patient care I expect from UW Medicine.

Don't get any of your procedures done here, they charge hidden fees and are deceitful about it. This place was recommended by our doctor so we asked for a quote for an imaging procedure to compare it with a few other places. They told us the quote would encompass the whole cost provided that they did not perform any additional procedures. The cost seemed comparable so we went with them. We got a bill back and it was close to the quoted amount, then a couple weeks later we got a second bill for a lot of money, more than we could pay at the time. This was the hidden facility fee that they deceitfully and illegally omitted from our quote. We are still trying to figure out how to take care of this because there is no way we are going to pay a fee that was not disclosed before the service was p
