Northwest Hearing + Tinnitus

I went to NW Hearing & Tinnitus for several years and they’ve never disappointed. They are neurodivergent friendly and I’ve received great support for my Auditory Processing Disorder. I have not been able to use their office for the last few years due to an insurance switch to Medicaid, but they still follow up regarding my hearing aids and even assisted with ensuring the aids are in tip-top shape before their warranty ended. Despite not being able to continue as a client directly, I’ve never felt like warranty-related visits are less important for them or like I am a burden. This is huge for me given my Autism. Absolutely flawless customer service, and incredibly professional procedures. I was made to feel beyond welcomed and was highly impressed with how down-to-earth yet friendly all the staff was. All the staff I interacted with felt authentic and trustworthy, and it made me feel assured that I was in very good hands. Super cozy environment, too. I’m battling a pretty invasive case of tinnitus. So it was time for a trip to an audiologist. Northwest Hearing & Tinnitus was recommended by my health care provider (via an ENT) and now I understand why. Not only was my experience very professional, it was personal as well. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were engaged in my care. They listened and heard my concerns then had options to address them. The whole office really comes across as people loving their work while helping people. I feel like I’m in good hands.

After my mom struggled for several years with hearing aids from a well-known warehouse club, I took her to Northwest Hearing eight years ago. The new hearing aids weren't cheap, but they were definitely worth it. The service has been consistently excellent, and she's found everyone at Northwest Hearing to be super helpful and nice.
