I was extremely please with my appointment at Northwest Endodontics with Dr. Julie Beasley performing a root canal. She explained the procedure very carefully and was very warm and comforting. I felt at ease immediately and knew I was in very capable hands There was very minimal pain after the procedure. The receptionist was very friendly, organized and welcoming! And the chair side assistant was outstanding! One of the BEST decisions I have ever made was choosing Dr Julie Beasley at NORTHWEST ENDODONTICS. Joan Owen

Dr Beasley is the best! Her office got me in the day before a European vacation and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it lead to a root canal but boy am I happy now. Everyone in her office is nice and welcoming. Dr Beasley spent a lot of time with me and assured me that I was making the right decision.

Excellent Doctor! Felt like my voice was heard. Would recommend the assistant be provided with some additional training on patient engagement. Introductory greeting should align with patient status. How’s your day going a wee inappropriate when patient in distress with visible tears streaming down. After being informed that jaw will not open more than half an inch due to swelling, then retrieves and proceeds to hold a 3 inch X-ray tool at patients mouth instructing to open wide - might indicate some extra training in patient relationships? Don’t get me wrong, she knew her stuff, I saw her and the doctor work seamless together, handing everything he needed quickly and from my pov, perfectly. They were in sync and without hesitation! I wasn’t looking for a new friend, but assess your patient

I had such a positive experience at Northwest Endodontics. They were able to see me on Monday and I was able to get my tooth worked on and completed on Wednesday. Everyone in their office was caring and helpful throughout the procedure. Dr Beasley spent time with me and explained the process and what I should expect. I highly recommend Dr Beasley and the practice.

It’s hard to say that having a root canal was pleasant, but it’s absolutely as pleasant as you can make it at this practice. They communicate well and are kind and patient. The work that was done was superb and as pain-free as it could be made. I really appreciate how genuinely caring everyone is. This is my favorite place when I have to have a root canal.
