Northwest Dental and Denture

I got a bill recently from this dental for my wife . I ask my wife what you do in there ? She said she was only asking how much to do the implant? Because they have promotional free consultation that time and that is 2 years ago. Now they bill me $156 . I tried to call them several time in business day and hour, but nobody picked up the phone and never got a call back. It's so strange and filled like another type of scam . Does anyone have a similar experience with us ? Please share yours.

My fiance had his dentures made here about 7 years ago and they have broken several times and he normally just buys a denture repair kit from the drug store and it works just fine but this time he figured he'd have them fixed professionally so he took them into Northwest Dental and paid them $200 to fix them and now he can't even wear them because they are now twisted and don't even fit him now and they won't do anything else to fix the problem. They basically said too bad and kept his $200 and said that he needs new dentures and the old ones are unfixable so why would they take our $200 if they are not fixable. Always helpful and appt made easily and convenient to my schedule. Samples of adhesive and denture first aid cream given freely. Very thorough and cheerful to deal with. Have been to this office and the Oak Harbor one, same great service and good people at both. Highly recommend these folks

Dr. Ra is outstanding. Shes kind and caring. Everyone here has gone out of their way to help me feel comfortable. They were kind enough to accommodate me with bringing my 5 year old. Highly recommend them!

They was amazing during the process of getting the dentures made understanding and I even bragged about them. However once I needed a re adjustment of said dentures it was a night and day difference. I was treated like dirt. I was called a liar which is worse. I still have the tube of denture paste that was GIVEN to me although the front desk person decided to state that they NEVER gave out samples. I would not now recomend my worst enemy to them. Sadly they are the only ones who take the government medical card for dentures so I'm pretty well screwed. Heaven forbid you go there and have to go back once or more than once for a re adjustment of your dentures you will be treated badly..
