Northwest Dental and Denture

Initially I was satisfied with their service but then I got a mystery bill that just says "Pay Forward" with NO explanation on what I'm paying for. I was confused because I literally just paid my bill for the last visit... so I called and left a voicemail not once... but twice and no one has responded after doing so over a week ago. This is very unprofessional and I plan to cancel my appointment and go somewhere else!

Very unhappy with the recent work my dad had done by this office. He had previously always seen Cody Carson for his denture work and loved him and his expertise but we are told he is no longer there. His dentures had cracked and they were returned to him with a $385 charge after "Repairing" them with super glue. Needless to say, they broke the first time he put them after the repair work was done.

Im so impressed with my dentures nobody can tell they are not my real teeth, my daughter pictured with me here was completely blown away. They fit and feel amazing. The staff are ALL wonderful, Jessica and Melissa made me feel special and cared about and Terry worked magic in creating the dentures! Highly recommended! A+++

I enjoyed coming up until they decided to discontinue my care for the most apathetic reason. I was recovering from a hysterectomy, having an extremely problematic and painful recovery, and I managed to make it for my appointment in which they could ALL clearly see how much pain I was in. I communicated and rescheduled my next appointment well within the time frame, and due to said complications couldn’t make it in, no one would return my call when I tried calling to explain. Apparently they decided to terminate my care without even so much as a phone call to tell me or talk to me. Then they get an attitude when I ask to make an appointment, unknowing, and THEN relay the information. Pretty unprofessional the way they handled the situation. Too bad.

Amazing..my first visit i was bracing for some discomfort, but felt none and I was out of the chair in Unbelievable time..awesome!
