I had a procedure at Northwell health at Riverhead on 3/28/25. Had an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone I encountered was absolutely phenomenal! ALL employees were kind and caring. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The emergency is horrible. They have you back here waiting for houis. People all in the hallway, They are very unorganized. It took about an hour and a 1/2 for someone come to see my resident. I had asked for a blanket for my resident 2 hours to bring it to her. They need to be more organized in the emergency room

Dr Jeff dinizio the physician's assistant is a lying unhonest trickster. He will be investigated with a pending lawsuit against him. He does not have his patients best interest when they are sick do not trust him he should have his license taken to treat patients. I would stay away from this office altogether it is not a pleasant atmosphere from my experience there. Dr Brook is an excellent doctor however. It is sad that this physician's assistant gives his business practice a bad name. Go somewhere else.

I went there today as a new patient walk in and they were very sweet and polite. The atmosphere is very warming and I am glad that I decided to go there. Dave the PA was excellent!!!

Trying to get refill medicine is a nightmare, staff is useless, doctor kit never got back to my concerned, they just take messages and say “doctor’s calling you back” i never got a call from doctor
