Very please with Susan’s knowledge and understanding of my issues. I am very happy with her and I am able to hear a lot better after she made some changes to help me with speech. From my first visit up to yesterday I was not happy but after meeting with Susan in Riverhead I was very happy. Thank you!!

I am so glad I chose Thunder Hearing for my hearing aids. Lisa had a friendly demeanor and I felt comfortable within minutes. She was knowledgeable and a good communicator. She administered the hearing evaluation and explained my choices. When she fit my hearing aids a few weeks later, she took lots of time to explain things and showed me how to use the app on my phone. Jill at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with. She’s helpful and accommodating when scheduling appointments and great at following up, when I forgot to return her call. Jennifer was also very nice the one time I spoke with her as well. Customer service (remember that? lol) and satisfaction are a priority at Thunder Hearing. I wholeheartedly recommend them. The owner of Thunder Hearing Services, audiologist Lisa Roselli, is a well-informed practitioner who was able to assess my hearing needs and recommend appropriate treatment. Finally, I won’t be saying “What? What?” all the time.

My husband recently got hearing aids and his experience was first class from beginning to end. He was immediately put at ease with Jill at the front desk and Lisa couldn't have been nicer. She has a calm efficient way about her and took so much time explaining everything to both of us I was especially impressed that she went over all his options pricewise with no pressure to get the most expensive. Also when we picked them up she took so much time to answer our questions and explain everything. We definitely recommend Thunder Hearing Services!
