Facing the future has astounding client care. I was very impressed by their attention to detail and authentic care. As someone who has had many negative experiences with medical professionals, I was blown away by the care of the entire staff and Doctor Vic. The moment we walked through the door we were greeted with kindness and a gift for our first time. They made my daughters who were nervous feel very comfortable. The staff has a level of excellence and authenticity that I haven’t seen in a doctor office for a long time. As a medical personal myself I was impressed by Doctor Vic’s holistic view of my children and the Perspective of working as a team to provide my children with the best plan of action. Our entire experience was phenomenal. Everyone was above and beyond welcoming, attentive, and helped us feel at ease with the entire visit-from questions to explaining the importance of things and the process. Nilsu and Dr Vic were both excellent working with our kids to make sure they were comfortable and involved. 10/10 recommend!

Facing the future is a wonderful place to get all your ortho needs. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the lovely front desk Rebecca and Rylee. Nilsu was a wonderful help guiding me through the process of getting my aligners. Mirian was super gentle and told me every step she was doing. Dr. Vic and Dr. Hailey are nothing but the best i can’t wait to see my end results!!

I brought my son to the office for an evaluation and was so impressed with the staff's professional, welcoming and kind treatment of my son. They answered all of our questions and put my son at ease. I can not recommend Dr. Vic and his team enough. Nilsu spent an hour with us working out every detail of my sons care, sending a detail summary my son's treatment the next day.
