The entire staff in the office is extremely kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable. There was almost no wait from the time we got there and even once in the room. The front staff is so sweet and helpful, the PA was so friendly and talked with my teenage daughter in a way that made her comfortable and treated her as the patient and asked her the questions which I appreciated so much. A lot of places talk to the parents instead of the child who is the patient. The Doctor was absolutely amazing. Took the time to make my daughter comfortable with small talk, was so kind, so caring, patient, and took the time to explain everything. Dr. Lynch was incredibly accommodating to our needs when our 3 year old daughter fractured her clavicle. He personally helped her feel comfortable from imaging to examination, making the whole experience easier on our family. In fact, Dr. Lynch and his whole team were wonderful!

I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Lynch. He truly listened to me as a parent and took my concerns seriously. As much as I hate to say it, I was right about the situation and instead of brushing me off, he validated my concerns and acted quickly, thoughtfully, and with genuine compassion. We traveled to an office that was triple the distance from our home to see him, and he is 1000% worth it. I would make that drive again without hesitation. His level of care, communication, and dedication is something you simply don’t come across often. He went so far above and beyond by checking in daily until our follow up appointment, even over a holiday weekend!!
