I arrived at 9:15, my intake, triage, examination, xray, and discharged were completed in 1 hour. Thank you to Destiny at the Desk for attentiveness, PA Anjli for kindnedness and thoroughness, Radiologist Jojo who was kind during my x-ray, and Ms. Carolina for quickly assessing my triage. I fell and injured my foot. I had swelling and ecchymoses and was fairly certain I broke my foot (I am a retired MD). The PA was very pleasant but he missed the fracture and did not ask for a radiology read. I was given a protective sandal and had to ask for crutches. I was not surprised when I was called the following day informing me that my fifth metatarsal was in fact fractured. Why was no MD involved with my care the night of the injury?

This location used to be much better in previous years. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The new staff seemed inexperienced and had difficulty communicating effectively with patients. The doctor and nurse didn’t seem very attentive or professional. I hope management looks into improving staff training and patient care.

I am upset with this location. My daughter's ear was bothering her and she was in a lot of pain. We assumed she had an ear infection. I pre-registered, we sat down and waited to be called. We waited about 40 minutes. She was finally seen and the doctor told her she didn't have an ear infection, so he gave her nose spray. The following day she was in worse pain, luckily we were able to see an ENT. The doctor was shocked and bothered that the urgent care doctor didn't see that my daughter had in fact an ear infection. I now don't have much faith in this location in diagnosing medical conditions.

The receptionist was very attentive and nice. The waiting time was short. And the doctor listened to me carefully, and gave me a diagnostic and treatment that helped me be back to normal within the time he said.
