Clean facility extremely friendly front desk very helpful and kind. The care was concise and accurate. Friendly bedside manner from all practitioners. Would highly recommend . My son and I both were seen and were taking care of in an excellent manner by the nurse practitioner and the primary physician on duty that day excellent including the Medical Assistant. Wait time was appropriate. Was there at 0900 not long for Flu season. If needed will not hesitate to go there for myself and family.

Absurd wait times! I made an appointment for my son to see a doctor since our primary care was already closed. I made an appointment for 6:32pm and my son wasn’t see until a little after 8:00pm. He is three years old and to have a child sit that long and wait to be seen is absolutely not unacceptable. What is the purpose of appointment times if they are not kept up and patients are waiting over an 1.5 hours to be seen. I understand there is one provider but than schedule appointments to accommodate that one provider being able to see patients on or close to that appointment times. Had we known that my son would have to sit there this long we would have never went. Utterly disappointed and frustrated at this facility.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Northwell Urgent Care in Levittown, and this interaction occurred entirely over the phone. I called while I was sick and not feeling well, seeking guidance and support. Instead of being met with empathy or professionalism, the staff member I spoke with, Xxxx, was dismissive, rude, and unkind. At one point, she sarcastically corrected how I pronounced a medication name, despite the fact that I was clearly sick and trying my best to communicate. Rather than offering help or reassurance, the tone felt condescending and unnecessary. I felt talked down to and embarrassed during the call. There was a complete lack of compassion, and my concerns were brushed off instead of being addressed. This phone interaction left me feeling emotionally di

Check in was easy. The wait time was not too long. The PA was efficient and doctor I saw had great personality and the medicines prescribed worked well. I saw a big difference in my symptoms within 48 hours!
