Been going here since I was 14, over 20 years. I have had a great experience. The past two weeks have been so bad, that I am leaving. 1. I work longer hours than they are open - when I tried to call for an appt, there’s no option to leave a vm outside of business hours 2. When I contacted during the day to make an appt, no one called back. 3. My spouse finally got them on the phone, after I had tried a few times, and they took 20 minutes to schedule an appt for myself and two kids. 4. That call was so bad that we called the office manager, to make sure our requests were actually handled. They never called back. 5. The morning of my appt, I discovered I had Covid, and called to reschedule. Ofc they didn’t answer during biz hours, so I left a vm. No one called back. 6. I got a text stating

I have had a great experience at this practice. Over several appointments throughout the past few years Dr. Beaty has explained carefully and thoroughly what issues I should be worried about and what is not dangerous. She located and surgically removed my second skin cancer and has frozen off several other lesser threats. She and her assisting nurses have shown excellent interpersonal skills, and the office staff has been polite and attentive. I will be a patient here for as long as they will have me!

I have been seeing doctor Wuu for about 4 years, her and her staff are simply amazing. I'm always treated with such respect and friendliness. It just seems like everyone is family and not only that, but dr.Wuu is so thorough. I would recommend anyone to go to this facility

Called to make an appointment and they got me in same week! Then had a a small procedure to correct a piercing that didn’t close up with Dr. Nguyen and he made it look like I never got the piercing! You can’t even tell anything was done! Highly recommend in giving this office a try for your dermatology needs!
