Christine is the greatest representative for NE Rehab. She goes way beyond call of duty welcoming patients and family at Rehab. Nurse Lilly amazing & so is Monique, gives patient their medicines. I haven’t met the Physical Therapist but my husband is very pleased w PT.

The nursing staff is very nice and friendly and very accommodating too. But the doctor only seen me one time, I'm here for physical therapy and antibiotic treatment. When they did X-rays and blood work on me the doctor never came back to give me the results and never checked on me again. But I do appreciate the nurses though.

Every staff member is very nice for the most part. The service is where I have an issue. They take quite a long time to answer when a patient pushes their button (30min+). I’ve had to call the front desk a couple of times just to have them check on my mom after she pushed her button. I understand that they have other patients to help, but it should NEVER take that long just to get some help.

Wanted to give special recognition to the nursing staff at Northeast Rehabilitation Center for all the outstanding work and care that is shown to all patients whom are there for Rehabilitation and Nursing/hospice care. This new experience our family has endured has made it more comfortable for my loved one, whom has succumbed to her illness. They did a lousy job with physical therapy. I don’t think they cared to even try to help my Dad because he is old. They wasted the 20 days that insurance allows him and we got NOTHING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if someone actually needs pt because they do a lousy job! I’m making a complaint to medicare, Texas HHSC, DSHS, and the professional licensing office for PT and OT. This place was a waste of time!
