Getting a mammogram here is super smooth. They schedule out about a week, so it’s not a long wait, and once you check in on site, it’s five or 10 minutes until they take you back. I had to get rechecked this year with a mammogram and then ultrasound, and they were able to get me in quite quickly and I knew that it was all nothing before I left that day.

So happy I could check in at the east door, down by xray & ultrasound. I hate having to register up at main entrance - always have to wait a long time! Then walk all the way to lab, xray, ultrasound, etc. staff at east door so nice and ultrasound person was so nice. Akways have an issue with having to pay in advance. Ins person doesn’t understand State of MO medicare advantage and always bills me wrong amount. There are a lot of retired state enployees in the northeast area so she should aquaint herself with that plan.

The Doctor was very patient and had a calming voice through the thyroid biopsy. He works well with Jenny. Very painful procedure, sadly. I would suggest that the patient should have a little something, to help calming and relaxation during the procedure.

Always courteous and respectful to my needs, The Nursing staff is outstanding and Dr. John Bailey, my surgeon who did a complete knee replacement on me was exceptionally great! He is a very knowledgeable man with a great attitude and a great sense to detail!

I was greeted warmly and quickly moved through the entry process. I quickly got into my appointment where I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully. The process moved quickly and smoothly. I learned my results within a couple days. Good experience!
