Hearken Hearing has absolutely been great to work with. They have made sure my hearing aids are adjusted and working best for me. Highly recommend using them to help with your hearing needs.

4 stars because they crucified the only perfect man to ever walk the earth. That said, everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was explained well. They had already done the leg work with my insurance. Overall for the exam, a very good experience.

My appointment with Kendall Bushman was a very pleasant experience. He was kind and professional, explained things thoroughly, and frequently asked if I had any questions. Very happy with my experience!

I saw Kendall at my first appointment, he was AWESOME! And super forgiving of the fact I’m that weirdly aware of the hearing test process for as young as I am 😂 it’s not common, so him being so cool about it was awesome. He walked through the changes of my most recent prior audiogram graph I had brought with me on my phone to the one completed at my appointment and we went down all options we had available to us as far as reprogramming, new hearing aids, and other servicing/repair options, and didn’t rush a thing! Thank you Kendall, and thank you Nan for working with me on all my forms and questions about ADA forms! I look forward to seeing you all again!! 🩵
