Dr. Bailey and his staff provided my mother with exceptional care for many years until she passed in 2023. I injured my back lifting my mother prior to her death, compression fracture and bulging discs. Dr. Bailey provided injections both in office and hospital to manage my pain. Recent surgery involved 3 spinal fusions with titanium spacers. I cannot say enough about my excellent care! Dr. Bailey is amazing. He listens and explains everything in detail. I trust him completely. His entire staff is equally impressive! After my surgery, I had several conversations to check on me. They were so compassionate and encouraging.

Went to see doctor Bailey. He has had my husbands records for 3 months now. Thought we was going to see what the issue is with his spine. We were the for 2 hours and 15 minutes. And he hadn't even looked at his records. He wrote some things down and joked about stupid stuff and as he walked out he said come back in 3 weeks. What do he can say he hasn't seen his records yet. Dr. Bailey works with me and attempts to work with my insurance to provide the highest level of care to address the issues as hand. My insurance is the problem since they will not approve the procedure that Dr. Bailey feels would give me a better quality of life due to continuing and worsening back issues. Even after appeals, the insurance company continues to deny the procedure and Dr. Bailey has been working to get this approved for at least the past 10 years in order to help me decrease my level of daily pain and improve my quality of life. Just like any surgeon, there are people that like Dr. Bailey and people who hate him. Some people do not appreciate his gruffness or joking, or the loooooong wait times (that's because he goes out to smoke very often, maybe even after every patient? And because he's very busy) but if you can get past all that, he is a good doctor. Summary: If you don't care about bedside manner & are only looking for someone who knows what he's doing, look no further. If you are easily offended, this place is not for you!

Doctor Bailey is a magician- he reconstructed part of my spine and I got my life back. Lauri, his office manager, is a gift to humanity. I would recommend him to anyone who thinks nothing can be done. It can be- he can fix you.
