I have three children who go to this office and they have always received exceptional care. If they are sick in any way they always get them in immediately and have always listened to my concerns fully. I feel very comfortable leaving my children’s health in their hands.

The worst doctors office ever!! Every time you come you better expect to wait close to an hour even if they’re not busy. Oh and god forbid you have to switch doctors due to insurance cause then they A. Charge you a fee to send YOUR records B. They wait as long as they possibly can to send them (i.e. this took approximately 2weeks) and they finally mailed them out. All the while I would like to take my 4yo to the Dr but I can’t because they take forever so I have to take her to an Urgent Care which they kinda suck when little ones have a cold. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND CHILDS WELL BEING HAVE A GREAT DAY HOPE I COULD SAVE SOMEONE A LOT OF AGGRAVATION LIKE WE HAVE GONE THRU

If I could give them zero starts I would they continuously misdiagnosed both my now 2 year old and my next month 1 year old my daughter and my son have been there and put through nothing but suffering from gagula’s and now kia’s incorrect diagnoses so my advice find a different pediatrician even a regular family doctor would be better than going to northeast now called LVPG Pediatrics. And now because I’m in the very beginning stages of reaching out to a lawyer they are also just beginning a medical malpractice suit.

Ridiculously understaffed. Wait time for scheduling a well visit was several weeks, and I had to BEG for a Saturday appointment, (after they cancelled my existing appointment because their physician was unavailable); their office policy was to only see patients under the age of 4 yrs on Saturdays!

Won't ever answer the phone and doesn't seem to matter if you leave a message because you don't get a phone call back. I had 3 children that went here briefly and changed drs. Why have a dr if you can't even get ahold of them
