This has been my worst experience with a Primary Care. We moved back to GA last year and Kayla came highly recommended from a family member. After the first visit, the next one was asked to be moved to an earlier time or it had to be telehealth bc something had come up with the doctor’s schedule. I work which is why I chose the later time, so I chose telehealth. That was fine. Then, the office had lost internet at another visit. Again, things come up. I get it. But following up from that visit, all of the vitals they took were lost and I had to message multiple times for results and follow-up care. Every experience after the initial visit just kept snowballing-not to mention the fact that same-day sick visits are never available. I honestly did not want to continue care with this practice,

RUN from this establishment! moved back to GA and started seeing DR Ellis. Have been on b.p. and cholesterol meds for 30 years. After seeing him 6 times in the past 6 months he denied refills for my b.p. maintenance drugs and even when the pharmacy and D.O. Cory Rolison ( from their practice inquired) Dr Ellis never responded. I had to get yet another appointment with Dr Ellis... When I asked him WHY? He ignored the question and said he would refill.. this is the second time this has happened with DR Ellis this Year! There is no excuse for this!. They are milking the Medicare cow for all it is worth. Normally an annual physical and another visit six months later is enough for all your maintenance drugs and refills not with Dr Ellis. Please let me bill your insurance for something as often

Trying to get my mother an appt for her blood pressure medication and I was trying to explain the situation to the lady on the line and she kept talking over me, putting me on hold without telling me, and refused to give me her name. I was telling her that I was simply trying to explain the situation and she was telling me to “CALM DOWN”! I was calm, she simply didn’t let me speak. I asked for her name at the end of the call and she hung up on me. When I called back to get her name, she hung up on me AGAIN. Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment to give a patient and their family members. I worked as a manager in customer relations in the logistics industry and I know how to treat people. This was NOT the way to treat someone and then gaslight them by deflecting blame. Thank God my mother’s Docto

I like Dr ellis and PA Kayla. The girls at the front are nice and my nurse is probably the sweetest lady on earth.

Dr. Ellis and his nurse have all been very helpful in this nightmare of a health journey I’m on. Dr. Ellis is thorough and very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommended!
