CVS Pharmacy

CVS online appointment for vaccines was easy and convenient. I walked up to check and only waited a few minutes for the pharmacist to call me back. The vaccine was painless and I was on my way.

This pharmacy staff always goes the extra mile. Anytime I have had a question or need help with something, they are on it! They set the bar high.

Update 9/2: I felt the need to do the survey so I could apologize to the poor tech that had to stop doing what she was doing and check me out. Please I am so sorry I interrupted you. I walked in the pharmacy wasn’t that busy? They had just got a truck in and we were busy unloading crates. I am sorry my one prescription made her stop doing something else to help me. Please extend my apologies. Her curt rude ‘Last name. First name. Birthdate’ certainly saved time down the usual hello, are you picking up today, it shows you have one ready, etc. so I am very happy she got back to her other task quickly. This is hands down the worst CVS I’ve ever been too. The pharmacy NEVER answers their phone for me/my other pharmacist or even my PCP office. I finally had to drive up there and went through the drive through and when I questioned the pharmacy tech about why they don’t answer their phone for anyone she didn’t have much of a response and danced around saying that they were too busy. I transferred my prescriptions to Kroger in Jefferson. They’re professional, efficient and they will even go above and beyond by offering you discount cards coupons to make things as cheap as possible out of your pocket after they run your insurance. It’s worth moving pharmacies just for the increased customer service piece alone.

When I first started getting Rx here it was wonderful, fast, timely, no issues getting the medicine or getting help/Qs answered. Now if I call I have waited on hold in excess of 10 minutes and several times I have waited almost an hour. I put phone on speaker and do other tasks while I wait. However, now it has gotten to the point where the refills are slow and for the last two months the refills weren't filled until I am going 2-3 days without my meds. This isn't because I don't call to schedule the refill. I called a week ahead of time! Today I tried to switch to a new pharmacy and they reported they called CVS to get the switch initiated and 7 hours later have had no response and no call back.
