Jennifer Gardner, MSN, FNP-C

My experiences with Ms. Gardner have been good. She listened to me, and gave me some options for a path forward. I honestly did not have similar experiences to the others who have left reviews here. I think she is nice and the other people in this practice have been responsive, respectful and kind. The appointments have not been "long", but didn't feel rushed either.

Poor patient experience for my daughter. I was shocked to say the least. Jennifer spent less than 5mins in the exam room with us. She told my daughter that she needed to schedule two procedures. She provided no explanation as to why. She was dismissive and rude. We waited over an hour to see her and was dismissed within 5 mins. Jennifer should work on her patient interactions and her empathy. RUDE...

Well, she walked in and already knew what to diagnose me with before I ever opened my mouth. My whole 5 minutes with her was a bunch of head nodding okay okay yep yep, well, IBS does that. Do you want to maybe do some test or exam or anything or just OBS because it’s the first step, “we” start with IBS and if this medicine doesn’t work then we will see if there is something else. So, thanks for the medication that’s going to make me crap myself potentially, but hey! It’s a good start!!! I have NEVER left any other office feeling like I was a cattle in a stall just there to run through as days as possible without going over symptoms or stool questions, She did after I said, “ so you’re not concerned there might be a partial blockage”. When I visited this practitioner she was rude and rushed my appointment, neither did she ask me if I had any questions. First, she was extremely late and I had waited over 40 min to be seen and she spent about 3 min in the room with me. She didn’t explain anything to me, she just scheduled me for two procedures for which she provided no explanation and then left. I felt dismissed and uncared for as a patient.
