What a wonderful experience. Our delayed child did all the tests. The assistant was so kind, patient and cautious with her approach. Our son did every test which hasn’t happened before. And Dr Dionne was wonderful as always and was able to successfully run her vitals without our son becoming uncomfortable. I can’t praise the staff enough you have some wonderful caring people here. Thank you so much.

Front staff does not maintain safety in lobby. The sick kids are mixed in with healthy kids. There is supposed to be a separate room but they don’t care. They are constantly on their phones. Many kids running to the back with the doctors! Not at all a sterile environment. They do not care and it’s unsafe to have kids with medical equipment. Never take your kids here.

I called Braselton Pediatrics to schedule an urgent appointment for my 2-year-old daughter, who was showing symptoms of a bladder infection. Even though she has been seen here before, the office informed me that she is no longer considered a patient because she hasn't been in for a physical or check-up recently. It feels like my daughter is being penalized for simply being a healthy child. I don't believe in bringing a healthy toddler into a doctor’s office for unnecessary physicals, as it only exposes them to germs and sick patients. On top of that, these extra visits require parents to take time off work and take a pay cut just to maintain an "active" status in a computer system. I been taking my 3 kids here for the pass 2 years and a half. Very professional, friendly and caring staff. I always feel welcome and at ease. The pediatricians and nurses are very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place.

Came to the practice 4 days after I had my child first 2 visits were fine then at 3 months my child started with reflux called then twice about to trying to get answers to why and was met " baby sit up it's normal" when in fact the amount he was spitting up was not then by the third call and I insisted on an appointment the day of I called about the appointment it wasn't even scheduled when the day before I was told he had one booked and at the visit instead of finding a root cause of the issue I was met with take this medication bye. I came back with concerns of a lip tie and I was again dismissed We just got back from his 6 month well visit and I left angry and felt uncomfortable my child is exclusively breast fed when asked about sleeping my child does wake up 2 to 3 times a night with
