I gave one star only due to the fact to complete this review. They deserve no stars. Every time I call to make a sick appointment for my child they say they don’t have anything available to use the urgent care that is in the same waiting room as them. We check in at the urgent care and no one is ever in their waiting room. As the picture shows. It is always empty. They must schedule their patients one an hour. It is ridiculous, we have not been able to get in to see our doctor for a sick appointment in over a year. This is a small town with no doctors, we were so excited to see more medical facilities coming but y’all tired the only doctors in the town to fill your facilities. Please get more doctors and get rid of these that have been here for 20 years and are only capable of see

My dr in Jefferson moved, so I wanted to stay in Jefferson and found Dr Whatley. I sat for 5 minutes in waiting area and was taken back by a friendly nurse. After questions, Dr Whatley was in the room right away. She was amazing, listened to me and we got my medications straightened out. I feel real comfortable with my choice of Dr Whatley and this group.

Dr. Grimsley and his team are phenomenal. Myself & my husband have been seeing them for 8 years & our kids have been seeing them for 6 years. We are always in & out so quickly! We always feel heard when we have any concerns and they take their time with us. We couldn’t ask for a better PCP!

I am a new patient here and this was my 2nd visit. The first visit was more of a meet and greet and go over a few things and everyone was so sweet and caring Today I had my wellness visit. Everyone was sweet and caring just as my first appointment! I see the NP and she is amazing! She has listened to my concerns, answered my questions and truly takes the time for me as a patient! Highly recommend this office and love that it is close to home!

The people seemed nice. But I never got serviced. I had a appointment scheduled with them for 1 month in advanced , on the day of the appointment I answered all the questions and did all the paperwork and got back to the room, and after nearly 20min they tell me they don’t take my insurance 🤷🏾‍♀️. I just don’t understand. I provided my insurance company and card number over the phone. The day I booked appointment. I provided my insurance and card number and information at the appointment before I went to the back and still, No one caught the mistake if there even was one. This was such an inconvenience. And then to be told they could see me if I paid $100. I seriously just don’t get it. How did I get this far along in the process to be notified after my appointment time that I can’t be see
