This pharmacy has been a real blessing to our family! Fred, the pharmacist, has been very helpful to us. He actually cares about the customers, and he gets to know them. Today I told him how much I disliked my cholesterol medication because of side effects. He told me to try taking COQ10 with it because it might help. All of the employees are kind and respectful. I encourage everyone to give them your business! This is one of the benefits to living in a small community like Jefferson!

Possibly one of the best experiences I have had in a pharmacy. My son’s medication was on back order at our normal pharmacy and we were unable to get it. Fred & his staff went above and beyond to make sure they could get the medication for my son before he ran out. We will be using this pharmacy from now on. I absolutely love it! In the beginning they were kind and professional. Then one day a female pharmacist yelled out my name and prescriptions in front of Approx 10 people. This is a HIPPA violation and was incredibly embarrassing. We discretely sent an email to Fred to prevent this from happening again. Then began an excessive blame game full of drama. We began to be treated differently. Finally, one day, Fred and Dr. Richards, whom had worked together for decades, decided they’d both say I had my meds filled early. This is not possible. The Dr, the pharmacist, and the insurance company control the fill dates, NOT ME! Crawford also allows you to pick up your Xanax three days early, instead of GA’s two day rule. I learned this the hard way as their own policy was used against me unknowingly. The pharmacy c
