The Pharmacy staff here are always so curious and helpful. Blake is so knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions. Megan has helped me several times when I picked up my prescriptions and always greets me with a big smile. Thanks to all the staff for their care and kindness.
Drive thru line ridiculous. If it takes that long to fill a car’s prescription I think they should make them come inside. Can’t get out of line once you’re stuck in it. Calling to inquire about ETA with no luck. Been waiting 20+ min and they haven’t even finished with the first car. Do better!
As soon as Publix opened in Jefferson, I switched my pharmacy. The retail facility I was using previously was always dirty and messy, which rubbed me the wrong way. Publix is always friendly, clean, and I have had zero issues with getting scripts filled. Sometimes I have to wait a few days because they do not stock one of my medications and have to order it, but I just request it ahead of time and they always have it by the time I need it.
Megan Placencia is a wonderful person. She has the best personality and and is always such a helpful person when needed. Publix needs more employees like her!
Friendly staff that is here to help! It was really easy to transfer my prescriptions from previous pharmacy to this location in Jefferson.
