Ball Pediatrics- Jefferson

This is practice’s second location—Jefferson—(their original location is in Hamilton Mill) Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Samantha Ball since they were born (for the past 3 years). She’s methodical but not a robot doctor. Very warm pediatrician who has always taken any/all concerns I’ve had about my child health and wellbeing serious (even when other professionals brushed me off)! She also has a young child of her own so she understands us mothers on a more interpersonal level, which is great! The practice is very colorful quite literally. It keeps both my kids and my energy light. Their MA, Ashley is the sweetest and always so delicate but through when getting my daughter weight & height (even if she has to retake/remeasure. Dr. Tammy Smith spent many years helping the community before she decided to retire. She closed down Jefferson Pediatrics and sold the building. Ball Pediatrics purchased the building and have been working diligently to insure that all previous patients of Jefferson Pediatrics have a smooth transition to Ball Pediatrics. It has officially been ONE month since Ball Pediatrics took over. The front staff and providers always have a smiling face and are eager to help. I will continue to refer parents to bring their children to Ball Pediatrics . (:

So excited that they’ve opened a practice in Jefferson. My siblings and I saw Dr. Thomson growing up and when I had my first in 2020 we started seeing Dr. Ball in Hamilton Mill. We recently moved to Jackson County so we’re thrilled to continue seeing a doctor and staff we know and trust. My newborn had her first visit today and everyone was so friendly. Couldn’t recommend a pediatrician more!!

We love Ball Pediatrics! Dr. Ball has been my children’s pediatrician for 5 years (Hamilton Mill Office) and she is absolutely wonderful! Everyone I had interactions with were so kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was wonderful. The back office staff was amazing and great with my daughter. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit with the NP Nicole. She took time with us and was simply wonderful with my child.
