The provider I saw was excellent, but unfortunately, the front desk staff left a very different impression. I was only one minute late after accidentally walking into the wrong building (it was my first visit), and as I walked in, the older receptionist was calling me and rolled her eyes when I apologized for being late. The other receptionist, a blonde woman, was also noticeably rude and dismissive. If it weren’t for the positive experience I had with the provider, I would not consider returning or recommending this office. It’s disappointing, especially since I also work in the medical field and know how important professionalism and kindness at the front desk are for patients. The way these receptionists treat patients is simply not a good reflection on the practice.

Everybody at the check in desk were very nice . I saw Dr Monahan and I am very pleased with him. I highly recommend him and his staff

I can't say I had a great experience at this local dermatologist, I met with Ashley for my first biopsy on my nose, and another punch biopsy to go a bit deeper into the skin on my nose, hence I need stitches for the punch biopsy. This apt was on 8/12/2021, it was suggested that I have a nurse at my employment to take out the stitches or do so myself if I felt comfortable, since this APRN was going on vacation and I was going on vacation the following week. Although this seemed strange, it was not what prompted me to write this not so nice review. I called the office a few days after to clarify that it was fine for me to remove my own stitches and was told that someone would be calling me with the results, I was never once informed to check the online portal for my biopsy result. However

Very pleased with years my wife has been seeing Dr. McNamara. Was most impressed when he repaired her torn ear lobe. An earring was accidentally snagged and ripped from her ear. He sewed the tear after prepping the sides of the tear, cutting away where they had healed over, first. Perfect results with no apparent scar remaining. Highly recommend Dr. McNamara.
