Big Y Pharmacy and Wellness Center

I've been to this pharmacy a few times out of convenience, but it's not really worth it. Twice now there was an issue with my insurance and while I tried to explain that it should be fixed, two different pharmacists were rude to me. They were dismissive and wouldn't let me explain that I have already called and resolved the issue. I was able to pick up my prescriptions once, but, inexplicably, the problem is back again and there's nothing they can do. The pharmacist was rude and interrupted me to tell me she was "just the messenger" when I tried to explain that I've been through this. After I get this fixed, I will not be going back since it seems the customer service is subpar at best. Two stars because there's at least one decent pharmacist there.

Just got home from picking up a prescription and decided it was time to write a review. Customer service should always be a priority and that includes being polite. The young blonde hair (freckles and glasses) women who has waited on me numerous times is rude! Never a good morning or thank you. When I've asked her questions her answer is short and with an attitude. When no one is at the checkout counter and it is just the persons filling the scripts behind the back counter, they too with head down just voice that someone will be there shortly to assist. Again, how about a good morning or a kind smile! I've been polite with kind greetings and was hoping it would brush off...... There is a middle aged blonde hair women who is wonderful. I have been going to big y pharmacy since the day drug sale and followed Bob. The pharmacists at Big y are very nice, but a dirty blonde who works there needs not to deal with people who are down because of medical misfortion. She is absolutely rude as heck I have never heard her say anything pleasant to anyone. I mentioned it to a pharmacist once before, and it was obvious they knew.. how and why has nothing changed. Every I have mentioned it to has the same opinion as me.
