I came to them for years and saw the doctor Elizabeth. I came to them because I’d have very bad and horrible itching for years. It became unbearable. She prescribed me a drug instead of helping me get checked out to fix it. Comes to find out the drug didn’t help and made everything worse. I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks with my organs shutting down with 105.6 fever because of the stupidity of this doctor. Instead of sending me to the professionals she prescribed me something that was supposed to help and cure me and it wasn’t even for what I had. She assumed I had something different and just prescribed me something instead of helping. This ended up almost killing me and ruining the next couple years of my life. I will never have the lungs or physical activity I used to have. I’m 17

Marcel A. Bavoux Who is the worst doctor I’ve ever met in my entire life. He was uncaring rude And rushed through our appointment and it was my first appointment getting to know me and my history. He was condescending and came in irritated after making me wait 25 minutes. Proceeded to ask me if I had proof of my conditions? Are you kidding me yes look at my records you made me transfer. So I sent him a message after our appointment, letting him know my concerns And he proceeded to blame it on me telling me I didn’t know how to self advocate for myself. I can’t believe he took no responsibility and did not apologize but blame me and then told me he didn’t want me as a patient. Do not go to this doctor you’ll be extremely disappointed and actually made me have worse anxiety than I alread

Awful customer service, girlfriend had Covid and tried to schedule an appointment with Her doctor at this facility as she is really ill, the secretary told us she couldn’t see or even virtual call for over a week. When asked what other alternatives we had, she said “not much”. They just don’t care about seeing their patients. Do not recommend this group to anybody in the Danielson area. Awful awful experience. If you love your family members don’t let them use this medical group.

Dr B saw me very quickly. Ran many tests , treated a spider bite with antibiotics and I felt better the next day . Amazing service. Would highly recommend this office .

Dr. Shafts provided me with the worst experience I've ever had with a provider before. I came due to uncontrollable vomiting and was told that it was post nasal drip and was provided with some nose spray and sent on my way. Turns out I had a massive hiatal hernia that required extensive surgery to repair. The only decent provider I had here was NP Marden and she moved on to greener pastures. If you're looking for a cheap provider this is your place, if you're looking for a competent provider look elsewhere.
