My 3 children have been patients for many years and never had a bad experience, the first time they were super professional and invited me to an office and we talked about the situation. But today after several years it didn't happen like that and they said personal and private things in front of my children or anyone else in the lobby. Definitely staff in front requires training not to talk about personal things in front of other people. It's not professional! I would like someone to call their attention because they have just lost loyal customers who drove 30 minutes to continue their treatment there!, for the record my insurance has always paid for everything! Everyone here is very nice & friendly! The dentist & hygienist are amazing! My son never is afraid to go. They are patient with him and take their time, as he is special needs. They are very thorough as well. We travel from the Northwest side of town just to come here and it’s worth it. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been coming here since she was born. We have never had an unpleasant experience. Everyone is friendly, the dentists are amazing and the staff is super friendly and great with her. Even with her fears of going to the dentist, they make her feel comfortable and involve her with her care. There is hardly ever a wait time and we are seen in a timely manner.

Dr Fox was amazing. She was wonderful with my babies. We will be coming back.

My two sons have been patients here for over 7 years. All the staff have always been kind, friendly, and understanding (my youngest has sensory issues). Instead of it getting harder for my youngest to have dental procedures performed on him because of his issues, he has made improvements every time we visit. This is directly because of the respectful and gentle treatment given to him by the doctors and staff. Thank you!
