When we couldn't figure out exactly what was going on with my oldest furr baby Northstar Animal Providers and staff were there keeping us constantly updated with our furr babies status. Keeping us calm throughout the possible devastating results which turned out to be a lie from the Devil himself. I thank God for putting the Northstar Animal Hospital staff in our lives. My furr baby after what seemed like weeks before he'd be coming home was a short live period of one drag out week with results. Negative for Cancer! Bladder stones removed and my furr baby is on the road to recovery. Thank you to the Northstar Animal Staff for your patience, understanding and care for our family. I pray blessings over you'll.

I’ve used this clinic for years and justified the higher prices because I believed the care matched the cost. Not anymore. My last visit made it clear that important things were not explained, and services I expected were not actually performed. **The different staff who answer the phone also seem jaded and consistently unfriendly, which makes everything even worse. This was the final straw. I won’t be returning, and others should be aware of the declining quality before choosing this clinic. AQ

Dr. Youssef, Dr. Pittman and the entire staff At Northstar Animal Hospital are phenomenal! They gave my cat “Lucy” the most amazing, wonderful care. They cared for my girl as if she was their own. They have the expertise, skills, knowledge and more importantly, I believe they truly love the pets that are in their care. And, not only the pets but the family as well. I can never repay them for how they took My Lucy and I under their wings. I pray blessings over Dr. Youssef, Dr.Pittman and the entire Staff.

This is my first time here. I meant to go to another place but ended up here... I got the names confused! Well I'm glad I ended up here because it's a great place. The people are so friendly! And they're so professional! The doctor is very friendly and efficient. He certainly knows what he's doing! Same goes for the assistants. They are pros and know how to handle cats. One thing I love is that I was allowed to be in the room. The last couple times, at other veterinarians, my cat was whisked away and I had no idea what they were doing with him. I loved being able to comfort my cat while he was being examined, etc. in summary, I would certainly recommend North Star! 😊

Not friendly. Front desk didn't care about any of my concerns and just kept saying ok to everything. The parking also scks I was stuck in between 2 vehicles and had an emergency and couldn't get out. Probably not the clinics fault I couldn't get out but again they didn't care. Bigger vehicles should park further away from entrance so everyone else isn't stuck with their pets trapped in their vehicle.
