Do not recommend this vet. I’m definitely not the type to take the time to type bad reviews but at this point I believe I should. I will stop taking my dog here, it’s difficult to schedule appointment, the people at the front desk tend to be rude, they ask for me to hold on the line just to hand up constantly, they tell me there’s an appointment available and then they say it’s not and they keep losing my dogs information when we’ve been going for 2+ years. The doc is great but the system and some staff are not. I appreciate the doctor, she’s very caring and kind towards my dog and I. Hope this helps and they change stuff around.

One thing I love is their hours—they’re open from late morning to the evening, which works perfectly for people like me who work during the day. I don’t have to take time off just to get my pet seen. Their pricing is honest and straightforward—no surprises or unnecessary charges. The doctor is thoughtful and never pushes tests or treatments that aren’t truly needed, which is something I’ve rarely seen at other vets. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend!

Been bringing my Dog to North Holld since a puppy . The. vet and staff are always so kind and listen and care. It’s also affordable and non judgmental place to be and they treat every pet like a treasure

The owner is a very compassionate vet, and they have very reasonable prices. Support small independent veterinarians when you can. 5 stars all day.
