Family has been going her for years, recently, our father passed and one of the staff members was extremely rude, non compassionate, plays games, has a comprehension issue and was extremely nasty regarding our mother(surviving spouse) regarding insurance. Instead of understanding the above issues and correcting the matter regarding surviving spouse benefits, this yahoo kept running the insurance under our deceased fathers name (so of course it wouldn't go through being that he, that member is deceased), causing our mother delayed dental. This is so disgusting and beyond rude. Then the same staff member sarcastically stated she could never get in touch with one of us, until I had to remind her that we work as well especially with having to take over for our deceased father. The dentist is not a good dentist, but the office is even worse. Disrespectful and clueless on customer service. The lady to the left as you walk in is unprofessional, and not a good person.

I’d rather go to a gorilla with a sledge hammer than this dentist. Had to have everything he did redone. Dont waster your time, money and pain. HE WILL HURT YOU Bad dentist

This is by far the worst Dentist is have ever been to.. From the customer service to the actual dentist his self this Place gets a 0 out of 10 .. The work was pure amateur Everything hurt. The u procedure was not completed, right, I had to go to another doctor to get it done, right. I was in pain for almost 8 weeks. My tooth started falling apart 10 minutes after I left the dentist. I would never go back here or suggest anybody to go here.

I've been going here for over 30 years. Very friendly staff, painless service, all the most modern equipment, and affordable prices. Accepts my Delta Dental insurance. Recommend full heartedly. Had cap come off just now and i am sure they will squeeze me in to put it back on today.
