First two pages are from this location. Last image (on green paper) is from Methodist When we arrived the front desk lady did great. The staff was, “alright” it seems they only care about the job, and not the people at all. Which in the medical field you have to care about both. You can view our arrival time and our discharge time on the first page. They had to redo labs again and the doctor never came to speak on either results. All he (MD Michael McLaren) did was go in to talk to my husband about symptoms and then we never saw him again. He actually left the hospital without us seeing him and they tried discharging us without speaking to us about ANYTHING! The lady doctor (didn’t get name, but she’s a white lady) was in his place by the time they wanted us to leave. I asked for a CT scan

To be honest—I was initially hesitant to come to NCB because I had only ever been familiar with Methodist. However, from the moment I arrived in the ER, the staff immediately stepped in to make sure I was received the help I needed. My nurse was attentive, and the technicians and doctors were so kind and considerate—not only to me as their patient but also to my family at the bedside. A special thank you to Dr. Van Ramshorst-(OBGYN) & Diana, RN (PCU), who were both compassionate and highly competent in helping get me stable. I’m also very grateful to the OR team—despite being called in at 2 a.m., they remained cheerful and reassuring, which helped me feel that I was in good hands. Another special thank you to Genelyn (PCT) on the 4th floor. She went above and beyond, always responding quic

Came in through ED. My ED nurse, Nathan, was so well qualified. He was kind and gentle and took the time to explain everything to me and my family Once admitted, I was sent to Tele. My nurse, Q, was amazing and very attentive. She was kind, and knowledgeable. She was very professional and performed her duties with quick responses and a great attitude. All of the phlebotomists were knowledgeable. They did not hurt me. Steve, R.N, was also a great nurse. Lastly, my Chaplain, Jamie, prayed a beautiful prayer. She is such a woman of God. Thank you NCBH for making a critical situation a lot more bearable.

"Hi Friend" & Life-Saving Care: Exceptional Pediatric ER Experience I cannot thank the pediatric ER team at North Central Baptist enough for the care they provided my daughter. We arrived in a parent's worst nightmare—rushing her in because she couldn’t breathe. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm "Hi Friend," which immediately helped lower the tension in such a scary moment. The staff was incredibly patient and took the necessary time to truly investigate what was happening. They discovered her phosphorus and magnesium levels were dangerously low and acted quickly to stabilize her. The doctors and nurses on the pediatric side didn't just provide medical treatment; they showed genuine empathy and kindness. They treated my daughter with such tenderness and brought h

Went in for a scheduled induction late 12/29, I absolutely loved my L&D nurses, Tori and Kaylee, they were so attentive and helpful during my labor. Encouraged me to go natural till the end. My labor was 8 hours or less unmediated and made sure I was safe as well as my unborn child. I couldn’t ask for a better team of nurses helping me welcome my baby into the world.
