My teenage daughter saw Dr. Kallur for bulging discs in her lower spine. She's been in severe pain for months and we've had lackluster care until now. This team has been pretty much impeccable. They answer the phone. They respond promptly to portal messages. They've even gone to battle for us with an insurance related matter that another clinic she needed to be referred to for a procedure was handling poorly. Dr. Kallur was conservative in his recommendations, reassuring, kind and warm, and made my daughter feel comforted and also well-informed. He showed her her MRI and gave her a perfect anatomy lesson.
