Myron was a life saver. I have a very complex prescription and had another shop totally mess up my lenses. I found Myron and he is a perfectionist and besides, just lovely to work with. Thank you Myron!!!!!

Mom's eyeglasses broke this afternoon and we were pretty sure they might not be repairable. We decided to give Myron a shot at fixing. Sure enough, Myron got the frames fixed. Equally importantly, Myron was full of information about who he'd recommend for an eye exam, both optometrists and ophthalmologists. Mom also found some new frames to try for when she gets new glasses. I found a perfect pair of reasonably priced sunglasses that fit over my prescription glasses -- and that still look stylish. In other words, this is quite possibly the best optical shop in town for frames, knowledge, and service.

Stopped in to see about a repair when a lens popped out of my frames. Myron was a pleasure to chat with and fixed them quickly for no charge. He also offered advice on optometrists and when it is and isn’t worth paying for a great local optical store. A true throw back to great customer care in a local store!

Stopped by North Austin Optical this morning to see if some minor repair on my glasses could be done. Mr. Rigg quickly fixed the problem and his knowledge, experience, and friendly approach convinced me to bring my next eye glass prescription to him instead of another business I've used in the past. He has a very nice selection of frames, he doesn't send the work out to some other lab, and he really takes his time answering questions. He is delightful and I feel lucky to have to discovered this business!
