Great customer service. They are one of the few “compounding” pharmacies close to the Northern Kentucky area. A couple of notes for first time customers: they require payment at the time of placing orders for compounded medications (most insurers don’t cover them). Also, they offer shipping services (costs $12 as of September 2025). You can place orders for refills over the phone.

Charged double for my prescriptions than what I was paying previously. Also very disorganized, I had to call and check in on my prescription multiple times. Such a bummer. Definitely going to be shopping elsewhere, as other pharmacies do not charge as much for the same product.

My wife needed a compounded drug, and this pharmacy had the ingredients on hand and mixed it up for us same day. The pharmacist sat with me to explain the use, precautions, side effects, etc. in an un hurried way.

Being the only compounding pharmacy that I know about, I think there's one other in the area. I've always went there since I was a little kid when they were in a different location and was very small. They always work with you and try to find the best solution.
