Outstanding, friendly service. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not uncommon for staff to find discounts or options that have reduced what I pay. My prescriptions have always been filled rapidly and always correctly. Great job!

I don’t understand why they have two lines through the drive thru with one person working it. The second line was open so I went in it. The first line had three cars. Common sense right? Well, the lady came across and said I have to wait my turn for the first line to clear out. Poor customer service. Too bad my insurance only covers my medication filled here.

Can I just say "Wow" this pharmacy has really turned over ! Amazing people . I have had my prescriptions filled here for 8 years now. They have had challenges like many other businesses. But in this past year I have had NO complaints. They have been absolutely on it. What a great team they are now. Not to mention how polite and helpful. I love the city of independence and the people in it. The pharmacy is truly a wonderful community of thoughtful and well educated adults who work so hard. Thank you Kroger pharmacy

I’m not a fan of Kroger, but occasionally I will make a quick trip if I need something quick! Some of the employees are RUDE, not willing to help, and basically useless! The Starbucks inside it is a joke! The staff are rude and they just stand there staring at you instead of doing their job! DO NOT Recommend!

If negative stars were an option… My children needed very basic prescriptions filled for an ear infection and a sinus infection. Since we went to urgent car in the evening on a Saturday, the pharmacy was not open by the time we were finished to drop off that night. So the next day (Sunday) I arrived and got in line by 9:50 with opening time at 10. When dropping off, the tech advised me the estimated time was about an hour. I know this was just an estimation so I gave them almost 3 hours… I arrived back in the store and waited in line for 30 min. Once I got up to the counter, I was told that they were still not ready. I let the tech know… my child’s earache is extreme and I really need this medication. If nothing else I NEED the ear drops. She said it would be done before the end of the day
