I had a terrible experience at Mortenson Family Dental and would not recommend this place to anyone. This was my first time ever going here, and my appointment got canceled and rescheduled multiple times. When I finally showed up for my scheduled appointment, the front desk staff tried to blame the scheduling issues on me instead of taking responsibility, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They made me pay a copayment in cash instead of billing my insurance claiming I had to pay it in person or I couldn’t be seen. Once I checked in, I had to wait over 30 minutes before I was finally seen. When they eventually took me back, they did not even give me a teeth cleaning. They only looked at my teeth and then told me I needed to schedule another appointment for the cleaning — ev

Very rude employees up front. Called to tell them one side of my mouth was hurting and she got really rude saying she needed to know if it was top or bottom, but I really don’t know and I told her that and she got really rude. Got me in for the following Thursday and I said that’s fine go ahead and put me down and if I need to schedule somewhere else because of the pain I would. And she goes “ok that’s great” in the biggest attitude. Super rude atmosphere 0/10 would not recommend this place if you’re nervous to go to the dentist to begin with.

Always super nice. explain what they are doing, and make sure you’re comfortable during the procedure. Great group of staff my kids and I have been with them for years!

Very disappointing experience. This office caused a lot of problems and showed no accountability when concerns were raised. Communication was poor, and there was little effort to make things right. On top of that, no one ever answers the phone, and scheduling is always a hassle. They book out so far in advance that it’s nearly impossible to get in — even for urgent or emergency situations. It’s frustrating when a dental practice doesn’t stand behind its work or take patient concerns seriously. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on how the situation was handled.

Don’t go to any other dentist anymore after I go to M.F.D now all the other dentist I’ve went to they was rude and they sucked to be honest like healthpoint they fast and super quick but they don’t care about anybody they will hurt you lol but all the staff that works their and I met are nice respectful and will work with you if they can the drs are good no pain as much other then that I would recommend going to Motrin family dental
