Bluegrass Urgent Care

I was so impressed, the Doctor was so caring, he listened, if he could be my family doctor, I would drop my family doctor in a second. I can never get an appointment at my family doctor, when I need one. So I went to Bluegrass Urgent Care, and was the best thing I could have done. I know now I will drop my family doctor and just go to Bluegrass Urgent Care from now on. We were treated with respect and walked out feeling hopeful and know we found a Doctor who really cared about his patients. Sincerely Darlene McGrath

Honestly wanted to give them 1 star because of how filthy it is in there, the floors haven't been touched in ages, BUT they were excellent people. They both treated me very well and respectfully. It took the doctor 10 minutes to diagnose and treat me. I spent 7 hours in the ER 2 days prior to just be sent home to get WORSE. Thank you!

Bluegrass Urgent Care offers the finest immediate need care for VA patients as well as the general public. Clean, kind, and prompt. Very professional from intake to disposition. Bluegrass Urgent Care is my first stop care for all non- emergent needs. Highly recommended. Definitely a repeat, as needed of course. Easily seen from road. Ample parking

There are so many reasons I am giving this place a 1 star review but I’ll name one of them. I took my granddaughter here to get a strept, Covid and flu test. Even though she has Medicaid they wouldn’t see her unless she paid $75 due to a sign on the window about a high deductible policy. We had already paid the $75 when we noticed the sign said discluding Medicaid and Medicare. When I brought it to their attention that this is Medicaid the nurse said she didn’t know ( even though she already had the Medicaid card) but would not give our money back. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal!

Just left the Independence location and Dr. Bobby was awesome and got me diagnosed quickly. Had no clue what I had or what was happening to me. Not excited about my shingles but he got me some lidocaine patches prescribed and got me in and out quickly! Now to just get this painful crap gone. Thank you!
