Nicolette Sacco-Brown, OD

My husband and I recently had our annual eye exam performed by Dr. Nicky Sacco-Brown. We have never had such thorough and complete exams with any other practitioner. I cannot recommend her enough to everyone! We also selected eyewear with Austin and Jeanine who worked tirelessly to find us the most flattering styles. Austin, after I left, even ordered other styles for me to explore that he thought would work great for me. They were Jeanine approved and we all had a good time finding my new great glasses!

I went in for a prescription because I was getting new glasses with my leftover FHA. I was very pleased at first. The office is high-tech and the staff is (mostly) great—professional and friendly. The billing clerk, not so much. She expected me to meet with a salesperson and I kindly explained that I'd already picked out a pair from Warby Parker and had to hurry for my FHA. Oddly, she became rude and that made me uncomfortable. Today, 81 business days later—four months including weekends—I get a bill. It's April Fool's Day, the very day I can no longer submit any more bills to the FHA. According to a disclaimer on the bill, COVID is the reason for her *four-month* billing process.

I highly recommend Family Eyecare Center! Dr. Sacco-Brown is extremely thorough. She takes the time to get to know you, understand your preferences, and explain what you need to know to keep your vision healthy and sharp. The team is very professional. There's an excellent selection of frames and high quality lenses, too!

Very pleased, Came from another eye doctor and Sacco-Brown Nicolette's practice is night and day better compared to the former. She will listen to the patient's concerns, work with what you have done in the past, and how you needs for contact vision correction correspond to your lifestyle, and be with you to a proper contact lens for you that is clear night and day (unlike my former eye dr. who just wanted you to use what he recommended). Very professional.

I took my 86 year old Mom who can’t hear for an appointment. The whole staff was so patient and helpful. Great experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
