Nicole Kosersky Muscular Therapy and Massage

I have been working with Nicole for 7 years. As a recovering triathlete I need to visit her frequently to stay injury free. Nicole is the best at finding those knotty places and breaking them apart. She has great hands and an intuitive sense of working out where issues are coming from. Regardless of how I walk into her office, I always walk out in a relaxed and peaceful state of mind. Nicole has such a profound knowledge of anatomy and how all the muscles, sinews, nerves, and bones can and do interact that she could easily be a valuable expert consultant on any mystery. This of course would be in addition to her already well-established practice as an outstanding massage therapist. She is very strong and focused. When I count my blessings, Nicole is definitely on the list. I am a 61 year old woman who really has to focus to keep good, healthy behaviors. The past few years have been my most successful, but the discipline came late. I am no athlete. I found out I have Diabetes, so I finally lost the weight I have tried to lose so many times - 60 pounds. I joined a gym, not for the first time, but I USE the gym now. In spite of my good work, I ache a lot much of the time. I have varicose veins and I retain fluid in my legs, and I hold a lot of tension in my body. Nicole is an exquisite masseuse. Her technique is flawless, but that is not even the best thing she brings to the table (pun intended). Beyond technique, she brings presence, warmth, intuition, and serenity to the experience in ways that make you feel that this is what the experience of massage was always supposed to be, yet which so often it is not. My only regret is that I am 25 or so years older than her, so that when she becomes not just the great masseuse that she is now, but the timeless master that she is destined to be, I may not be around long enough to get my fill of her. I had the best experience with Nicole's deep tissue massage, she applied the perfect amount of pressure to exactly the key spots! Would highly recommend her to everyone for any time type of massage, but especially for dancers or athletes needing something relieved for peak performance.
