Probably the best dental experience of my life. I've needed many fillings and several crowns over a few months. The procedures were all done well, and in a comforting manner. Highly recommend!

If you have good insurance, be careful with Nexus Dental because they might try to finesse you like they did me. I’ve been in my union for seven years, and I’ve never had to pay co-pays for dental work—until I started going here. At first, they kept charging me co-pays, which was already suspicious, but the final straw was when they tried to bill me $300 for a procedure that my insurance fully covers. I called my insurance directly, and they confirmed that Nexus Dental did not follow the proper billing guidelines, which is why I was being charged. That’s not my fault—that’s theirs. This is a review of the resident dentist, not of the hygienists. All of my cleanings and my hygienists were wonderful. I switched to this office after my long time dental office stopped taking my insurance. Dr Khan the dentist at Nexus refused to give me a Rx for fluoride infused toothpaste and he told me I shouldn't be using it. (I used it at night for many years). He pushed braces (ridiculous) and veneers. I've already had braces. My teeth are mostly straight. Both veneers and Invisalign cost a lot of money-and are services I don't really need. Right off the bat, I just didn't trust this office but since the cleanings were great, I figured I'd keep going but for any other dental work, I'd research other options. I should have just stayed with my original office and paid out of pocket.

A wonderful experience! The dental hygenist was very thorough in my cleaning and was sensitive to my sore spots as I have had recent gum surgery. And, l love the dentists at Nexus in Maynard. Great feedback and skill.

It’s been the third time I went to Nexus Dental. The staff is very friendly, the wait time is extremely short, and Dr. Khan is just very nice. And my previous dental cleaning experiences have been positive, too. They usually are very careful. To be sure, the environment appears to be a little more busy than I am used to at a dentist. I also experienced that they highly recommended four teeth cleaning sessions a year instead of two. They really tried hard for me to book a session with them every three months or more. I felt a little tricked because my insurance only covers two sessions, and they made me feel like I didn’t go with the doctor’s recommendations, and it’s my own risk. I now haven’t been coming back and switched to another dentist.
