NextCare Urgent Care San Antonio - Huebner Road

I was very pleased with my visit yesterday. I normally go to see my primary on Base but as always they had nothing available so they referred me to ER or Urgent Care. I googled and found the closes to me and went at 8am. From the time I walked in the door, staff was very attentive to me. I did a smal amount of paperwork, paid my co pay and I waited for a not too long period of time for a walk-in. Front desk person was apologetic for the wait still. All staff that I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean looking, and mask were present at walking if needed. My visit was quick and resloved. The doctors bedside manner was plasent and informative. When I left I was happy that I decided to come. Medication was prescribed and my problem solved. I definitely will be coming

Very good. Nice clean facility, very convenient location for me. What time wasn’t too bad given it’s an emergency care. I was impressed with the doctor. My problem was unique to me, and I was concerned. He diagnosed it immediately and put my mind at ease. He gave me prescriptions and directions that I’ve been working great. Thank you.

I arrived at the urgent care for my first time being there and was seeing immediately as a walk-in. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I got a steroid shot which really helped me feel so much better today, as I've been sick for over 5 weeks. The staff are super friendly and very professional and know their stuff. The doctor was exceptional and knew everything that I needed to get better. I highly recommend this place and will be using it for any Urgent Care needs that I may need in the future. Just a side note: Everywhere I go nowadays,people are so combative and rude but every single staff person that I came in contact with the front desk lady was sweet the nurse was very professional and quick the doctor same thing very professional and knowledgeable and quick but you know very good b

Excellent experience with NextCare Urgent Care. My wife and I both went in with coughs and congestion on 18 Feb 2026. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The Nurse and Doctor examined and tested us for covid and flu strains that were negative and provided prescriptions to help our symptoms. We are both much better today after starting prescribed meds.

The girl at the front desk was very kind and so was the nurse who took my vitals. Dr. Paquette is amazing at his job. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything in great detail. I’ve been to 3 different urgent care clinics this week and this one by far was the best one.
