NextCare Urgent Care San Antonio - Farm-To-Market Road

I brought my niece and nephew in to be seen on 02/20 in the afternoon. Location woodlake in converse/Kidby. When we first walked in, the front desk staff member didn’t seem too happy to be there but I completely understand that we all have our off days, so I don’t hold that against her. From the moment we were taken back, everything changed. The nurse who did the vitals and the provider (I can’t remember her name or whether she was a PA or MD) were absolutely amazing. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The provider was very attentive, truly listened to my concerns, and made us feel like we were at our regular home office. I had a great experience at this location, the young lady up front greeted me right away, was friendly. Shortly after the nurse came out and he was attentive to asking about my Christmas so it was nice that he kept me busy talking as he did his tasks. I did not have to wait long for the Doctor, they gave me my script and I was on my way to feel better. Today I am feeling much better. Everyone was so nice and professional. There was a wait time but they got me scheduled for a couple of hours later. The staff listened to me and I was in and out within an hour with my issue resolved. I felt they were through and even though it was near closing time I did not feel rushed or I was a bother. The doc I saw and the nurse were so amazing!!!! They were so relatable to me and so caring. I would give the place a 100 if I could.

Evelyn is such a caring , kind and attentive provider . She listens and does everything to help your child / yourself get better quicker. With multiple children we visit the clinic frequently and always know we are in great hands when she is there . All the staff is so great !
