The reception wasn't very friendly; after all, that unfortunately reflects the first impression of the clinic. I decided to wait and was eventually able to receive treatment. The doctor was very professional and kind; she explained my condition to me in detail. The prescribed medications and her recommendations helped me a lot to stabilize me.
Easy scheduling walked in first thing on Christmas Eve and tested for COVID and Flu before family gatherings. Got prescriptions order and ready for pick up before I headed out for Christmas Eve Mass. Staff and provider were amazing very knowledgeable and compassionate towards my condition. Thank you I appreciate you and your services, Happy holidays!
I was able to book appointment easily within minutes.Wait time was about 30 minutes but the wait seemed like a "small thing to a giant"...because the level of care i recieved was great. Doctor Keys & his team were absolutely humble, down to earrh & understanding. They listened to my concerns & in my opinion gave excellent recommendation & assigned me a script of just what my body needed. Now already the next day, i feel back to normal. NextCare is lucky to have aquired a provider such as Mr. Keys. He's not only attentive but very throrough . Great expiernce all around. THANK YOU!
I decided to come here after I had been waiting in the emergency room at the hospital for over three hours! I was able to check in online. There was very little wait, the staff were super friendly, kind and caring and I was able to get my medication that I needed and everything taken care of probably within less than an hour. I’ve been here before a couple times and I’ve always gotten wonderful service!
it was a little bit of a wait considering how empty it was, but dr toko was super kind and i felt like she really listened. the nurse and receptionist were also very nice. i left with all of my questions answered and a prescription to help. i have been to this location several times and would absolutely go back
