⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Care When I Needed It Most I had to visit Next Level Urgent Care at the Will Branch location after cutting my thumb while cooking, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really helped ease my stress during an already stressful situation. Dr. Michael was absolutely fantastic - he was honest and straightforward about my treatment options, which I really appreciated. No unnecessary procedures or treatments, just genuine care and expertise. Wonderful experience at this urgent care. From being able to get in line & check the wait online, forms being texted before arrival, and no wait time once arriving, the front desk team took great care of me. Once I was taken back to the room, the tech & NP were so kind, efficient and communicative talking me through how they could support me. They even called me the next day to ensure I was recovering well. Will definitely be back. On staff was NP Michael, techs Anne & Krista.

I am the worst patient and never get checked out but I banged my ankle up pretty bad and picked this place bc it had Xray on site. I expected to wait forever and hate my life but it was SUCH a pleasant experience. The waiting room was spotless the front desk staff was kind and the medical assistants Caitlin and cierra were very caring. There was zero wait and I got in and out so fast. Way more efficient than the ER! Gary Baldwin was my provider and he amazing bedside manner was super chill and really cares about patients. It literally felt like talking to a friend ! X Ray tech was also awesome and efficient I got my results right away and the meds were already at my pharmacy!

I went to Next Level Care because I wasn't feeling well and had flu symptoms. I was assisted immediately upon arrival. The staff was helpful, kind and friendly. The nurse and doctor were informative and quick in taking care of me. The doctor prescribed me exactly what I needed and i am now feeling better. I am very grateful for the care I received thank you!

Booking an appointment was easy and they got me in right away! Everyone was so friendly and the doc was super Knowledgeable and helpful!! My experience was the best one I've had at a next level- urgent care facility. Dr.Huyen Vu also gave me great recommendations of wellness daily habits to kick this flu and cold season! I will def recommend this place to friends & fam!
