We had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was welcoming, professional, and truly compassionate from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen almost immediately. The provider and staff listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my son’s treatment plan. The facility was clean, efficient, and well-organized. I really appreciated the level of care and respect I received. It’s reassuring to know there’s a place you can trust when your kids are not feeling their best. Highly recommend!

I have had 2 great experiences at Next Level Urgent Care. The staff is always very friendly, the clinic is clean, and they are very organized. Both PAs were and knowledgeable efficient. I will definitely be going back as needed.

Took my son in for some hip pain without an appointment. Staff was so helpful and empathetic. We were seen quickly and never felt abandoned. Doctor was great and really helped us understand the injury. This will be my first choice for urgent care from now on!

Aimee the MA who drew my blood was so kind and she made me feel very comfortable! She was awesome! Ivy the MA who was at the front desk was so sweet. My elderly mom started developing respiratory symptoms on Friday and by Saturday morning she needed to be seen by a doctor ASAP. After 2 nearby walk in clinics were full, I found the number for Next Level Urgent Care and called to see if they had a waiting list. We were directed to the closest facility and our name was put on the waiting list. We were allowed to wait in our car and then put right into a room. They were very thorough and listened to my mom’s medical history and typical treatment by her primary care. My mom received excellent care from Dr. Luna and we are so thankful she was seen and cared for.
